The Competition Bureau is an independent law enforcement agency that works to foster a competitive and innovative marketplace in which Canadian businesses can prosper.

Competition law can be overwhelming. Understanding how it applies to the procurement process and its effects can be difficult. To shed light on this crucial information, the Competition Bureau will be giving a presentation on all things competition law, covering items like:
