Ben Dueck is passionate about leadership development and helping people grow their impact. His past experience includes entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, fundraising, and more. He is the Director of Leadership and Sales for Crestcom Manitoba and the President of Cantera Leadership. He is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and has a Master of Arts in Leadership degree.

Ben is a born and raised Manitoban who grew up in a family of entrepreneurs where his interest in leadership development was born. For the past 20 years he has worked with leaders in both the business and non-profit world to help them be more successful. He currently lives in NIverville with his wife and three children.
